THE SHERWOOD AUDIT

The full on-chain audit of $MERRYMEN · Robinhood Chain

Audited July 16, 2026 · figures refreshed July 19, 2026. Every number below was read directly from Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663) via JSON-RPC and the Blockscout explorer — not from aggregators, not from screenshots. Section 10 shows you how to reproduce every claim yourself in minutes.

1 · Summary — the verdict

Question every buyer should ask Answer Verified how
Can anyone print more tokens? No. Supply fixed at 1,000,000,000 — the verified source has no mint function and no owner Verified LaunchToken source + totalSupply()
Is there a buy/sell tax? No. 0% / 0%, no fee logic, no blacklist in the verified source Contract source
Can the liquidity be pulled? No. The launch LP is held by a locker contract with no withdraw function — locked by code, permanently LaunchLocker source + NFT ownership
Is supply shrinking? Yes. 82,046,820.71 tokens (8.20%) sit at the dead address, put there by a live burn engine — all seven burns are listed with transaction hashes (§4) balanceOf(0x…dEaD) + burn txs
Does the team hold a bag? No team allocation. The deployer traded the first two days, exited July 13, and holds 0 today Deployer wallet history
Any admin backdoors? None found in the token: no owner, no pause, no upgrade path. One caveat: the burn executor's source is unverified (§9) Contract sources

Key figures (refreshed July 19, 2026):

Metric Value
Minted supply 1,000,000,000 $MERRYMEN (fixed)
Burned 82,046,820.71 (8.2047%) at 0x…dEaD
Remaining supply 917,953,179.29
Pool reserves 509.60M $MERRYMEN + 1.305 WETH
Transfers to date 14,237
Holders 276 · largest single non-pool, non-burn wallet ≈ 3.01% (§8)
Since launch The burn engine keeps firing — a seventh burn of 4.43M on July 19 lifted the total past 82M (8.20%); over the prior two days ~36.8M tokens were net-bought out of the pool. Supply retired by code only rises

Plainly: a fixed-supply, tax-free token with permanently locked launch liquidity, a departed deployer, no team bag, and an inherited fee-burn engine that has already retired 8.20% of supply — every claim traceable to a transaction. It is also a very small memecoin: thin liquidity, extreme volatility, real risk (§9, §11).

5 · The burn engine — how supply keeps shrinking

$MERRYMEN trades in a Uniswap v3 pool with a 1% fee tier. The flow, verified end to end:

  1. Every trade pays the 1% pool fee, which accrues to the LP position
  2. The launch LP position is owned by the verified LaunchLocker (0x7F03…cD85), whose protocolFeeShare = 100% — all collected fees route to the protocol side; the deployer's share is zero
  3. Fees are collected by a burn executor contract (0x9eFd…0417), which has burned the $MERRYMEN side seven times to date (the table above)
  4. The WETH side of the fees accrues to the launchpad protocol — not to holders (stated plainly so nobody discovers it later)

This machinery was inherited from the launch rails, not built by the community — and it means every wave of trading permanently retires supply.

6 · Liquidity and the lock

7 · The deployer

0xd250dDC87fEDa4Dc0B8a327fFc86E5076924cEEC bought via the pool on July 11–12, transferred ~4.26M tokens out on July 13, and holds 0 today. There is no team allocation, no vesting, and no hidden wallets attributable to the deployer. $MERRYMEN is a community takeover: the deployer left; the holders stayed.

8 · Holder distribution

276 holders. The two largest balances are not individuals — they are the locked liquidity pool and the burn address:

Burned (balance of the dead address — selector balanceOf + padded 0x…dEaD):
